BADGES & ACHIEVEMENTS
Badges are permanent achievements you earn by hitting milestones. Once earned, they're displayed on your profile forever.
Badge Categories
Badges are organized into tiers based on difficulty:
- Bronze - Entry-level achievements to get you started
- Silver - Intermediate milestones showing consistent effort
- Gold - Advanced achievements for top performers
- Platinum - Elite status for exceptional dedication
Example Badges
Visit the Badges page to see all available badges and track your progress toward earning them.
CHALLENGES
Challenges are team-wide goals that run for a limited time (usually one week). They encourage everyone to focus on specific activities together.
How Challenges Work
- Automatic enrollment - You're automatically participating in all active challenges
- Progress tracking - Your progress updates in real-time as you log activities
- Completion rewards - Hit the target to complete the challenge and earn recognition
- Weekly rotation - New challenges start each Monday
Example Challenges
- "Send 50 LinkedIn connection requests this week"
- "Log activities for 5 consecutive days"
- "Complete 3 podcast bookings by Friday"
Check the Challenges page regularly to see active challenges and your progress. Don't wait until Friday to catch up!
LEADERBOARD & STREAKS
Leaderboard
The leaderboard ranks all team members by weekly points. It resets every Monday at midnight, giving everyone a fresh start each week.
- Weekly ranking - Based on total points earned this week
- Position indicators - See if you're moving up or down
- Top 3 spotlight - Special highlighting for the leaders
Streaks
Your streak counts consecutive days where you've logged at least one activity. Maintaining a streak shows consistency.
- Streak counter - Displayed on your dashboard
- Streak celebration - Special animations at milestone streaks (7 days, 30 days, etc.)
- Streak badges - Earn permanent badges for maintaining long streaks
Log at least one activity every day to maintain your streak. Even a single LinkedIn request keeps it going!
HISTORY
The History page shows a complete log of all your activities. Use it to review what you've done and make corrections if needed.
Features
- Activity log - See every activity you've logged, with timestamps
- Filter by date - Focus on specific days or date ranges
- Filter by type - View only specific activity types
- Delete activities - Remove mistakenly logged activities (today only)
You can only delete activities logged today. This prevents accidental or intentional manipulation of historical data. If you made an error on a previous day, contact an admin.
TIPS & BEST PRACTICES
Log in Real-Time
The best habit is to log activities as you complete them. Just sent 5 LinkedIn requests? Log them immediately. This keeps your data accurate and ensures you don't forget anything at the end of the day.
Start Your Day with Pulse
Open Pulse first thing in the morning. Check your streak, see where you stand on the leaderboard, and review any active challenges. This sets the tone for a productive day.
Set Realistic Goals
When setting personal goals, start with targets you can consistently hit. It's better to exceed a moderate goal than to fall short of an ambitious one. You can always increase your targets as you build momentum.
Don't Break the Streak
Your streak is a powerful motivator. Even on slow days, log at least one activity to keep it alive. A single LinkedIn connection request takes seconds but maintains your momentum.
Check Challenges Early
Review new challenges every Monday. Plan your week around the challenge targets. Waiting until Friday to check usually means missing out.
Pulse is a tool to help you stay consistent and motivated. The points and badges are fun, but the real win is building habits that lead to sales success.
