Points System Breakdown
Everything you need to know about earning points, bonuses, and climbing the leaderboard.
How Points Work
Points are the core metric in Pulse. Every logged activity unit counts as exactly one point.
- 1 logged unit = 1 point - Every activity uses the same ratio
- No weighted actions - Bookings, VDCs, discovery calls, and opportunities all count 1:1
- Scoreboards stay count-based - Higher totals mean more logged activity, not hidden weighting
- Average day: Track the actual activity count
- Good day: More completed actions, logged consistently
Activity Point Ratio
Every activity type uses the same point ratio. One logged unit earns one point.

Streaks and Achievements
Streaks, goals, badges, and challenges help track consistency. Activity points stay 1:1.
Reset: Miss a day and your streak resets to 0
Streak Breakdown
Streaks track how consistently you log activity. The score itself remains 1 point per logged unit.
- You must log at least 1 activity each day to maintain your streak
- Your points still follow the 1:1 activity ratio
- Missing a single day resets your streak to 0
- Weekends count! Log something every day including Saturday and Sunday
Example Calculations
Let's walk through some real scenarios to see how points add up.
- Never break the streak: Even on slow days, log at least 1 activity
- Count every action: Every logged unit adds exactly 1 point
- Create opportunities: Opp Created matters in the funnel, but it scores 1:1 like everything else
- Batch your logs: Logging 20 completed actions adds 20 points
- Watch the ratios: Use Team Comparison to see how activity converts into opportunities
Leaderboard Rankings
The leaderboard shows three time periods. Each resets independently.
